Kayce Tinker, RBT

Kayce is a dedicated Therapy Technician who brings great energy and a big heart to both our therapists and the clients we work with. She has a real passion for helping individuals of all ages.

She joined our team in 2022, driven by a strong desire to make a difference in kids’ lives. Kayce puts value in the warm, team-centered atmosphere at Personalized Therapy, LLC, where everyone works together to put the well-being of each child first. In her technician role, she’s all about creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive space where everyone can grow and thrive. For her, the best part of the job is seeing kids make progress and knowing she played a part in their journey. She also brings extra value to our rehabilitation team with her certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Outside of work, Kayce finds enjoyment in the rewarding hobbies of canning, gardening, and crocheting.
