Brandi, a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), has a talent for applying behavioral principles in creative and individualized ways. She is passionate about Skill-Based Treatment and client Self-Advocacy, and approaches every client with an assumption of competency, always focusing on creative problem-solving to meet their unique needs.
Brandi’s journey into behavior analysis began with her fascination for predicting future behaviors, leading her to join Personalized Therapy, LLC in 2014. She greatly appreciates our organization’s flexibility and collaborative team approach across various disciplines. Her primary focus within the field remains Skill-Based Treatment and Functional Communication Training, and for Brandi, nothing is more fulfilling than witnessing clients grow and truly come into their own personalities.
Brandi’s strong educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Neuroscience from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She is further advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology. With a background that includes working as a Registered Behavior Technician, she has been a dedicated part of the behavior analysis field since 2014.
Outside of her professional life, Brandi enjoys hiking, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering her time walking dogs at the animal shelter.
