Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Casey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who focuses on helping people build social skills at every stage of life. She especially enjoys forming strong connections and keeping her sessions fun and engaging for the people she works with.
Drawn to a hands-on career where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Casey joined our team in 2014. She values the supportive environment and wide range of expertise within the ABA team at Personalized Therapy, LLC—it’s a place where everyone learns from one another and supports mutual growth.
Casey has a strong interest is helping clients build essential social skills across a variety of settings. For Casey, the most rewarding part is seeing the positive impact of those new skills and watching challenging behaviors decrease.
Casey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Liberty University, followed by a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Graduate Certificate in Autism from Ball State University. She started her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), then became a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and eventually worked her way up to her current role as a BCBA. She’s been actively involved in the ABA field since 2014.
Beyond her professional life, Casey enjoys getting lost in a good book, expressing her creative side through coloring, and simply enjoying cozy, laid-back moments.
