Cassie Oliver, MA, BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cassandra “Cassie” Oliver is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She focuses on providing client-centered care, emphasizing family goals to support independence.
Cassie was drawn to the meaningful impact ABA can have on both clients and their families, which led her to join our team in 2019. She values the collaborative, team-based approach at Personalized Therapy, LLC, where everyone works together to achieve the best outcomes for each client. Cassie also loves being involved with the Adaptive All Stars athletic program. In her day-to-day work, she focuses on supporting school-aged kids and leading social skills groups. For Cassie, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing how our interventions make a real difference and watching small wins add up to big developmental milestones.
Cassie earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from Misericordia University and her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She holds an additional certification in leading Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS) Social Groups. Before becoming a BCBA, she worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, gaining hands-on experience in the field. She’s been dedicated to working in ABA since 2019.
Outside of her work, Cassie enjoys practicing Pilates and spending quality time walking her puppy, Reese.
