Erin Martin, MS, OTR/L

Erin is a dedicated Occupational Therapist and our OT Team Lead at Personalized Therapy, LLC. She brings a wide range of specialized experience to the team, including training in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI – Level A), the Graston Technique, and the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol. Erin is especially passionate about supporting children in developing feeding, oral motor, and foundational developmental skills, and she takes great pride in helping them achieve these important milestones.

Erin originally joined Personalized Therapy in 2015, driven by a deep passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. After spending several years practicing in Virginia, we were thrilled to welcome her back in 2024. Erin truly values our collaborative, team-based model and loves how working closely with professionals across disciplines can lead to meaningful progress for clients. She is committed to understanding each individual’s unique needs and empowering them to reach their fullest potential. For Erin, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing her clients grow, thrive, and gain confidence.

She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Occupational Sciences from Towson University and has been practicing since 2011. Throughout her career, Erin has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, and early intervention programs.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys baking and singing—and here’s a fun fact: she is a classically trained opera singer!
