Jenna Hall, MA, QASP-S
Qualified Autism Service Practitioner Supervisor | Recruiter | Adaptive Swim Instructor
Jenna is a highly skilled Qualified Autism Service Practitioner (QASP) who brings incredible creativity and energy to our team. Beyond her supervisory role, Jenna is also our certified adaptive swim instructor, the proud guardian of our therapy dog, Cali, and the energetic force behind our Adaptive All Stars program. Additionally, Jenna brings her passion to our Marketing Team, where she helps spread the word about what we do and how we connect with the community. She’s dedicated to building meaningful, trusting relationships with staff, community, and every client she works with.
Jenna joined our team back in 2017, inspired by a strong passion for helping people with special needs. She’s always appreciated how Personalized Therapy, LLC stays ahead of the game—spotting what the community needs and using the unique strengths of the team to make a real difference. Jenna’s main focus is creating safe, supportive spaces where clients can grow. Jenna is especially skilled in the use of AAC devices to boost communication. She takes special interest into integrating Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices into her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming for clients focusing on increasing communication while decreasing challenging behaviors. For her, the best part of the job is seeing her clients make progress and reach their goals!
Jenna earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Towson University and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State. She brings a variety of experience to the table—she’s been teaching swim lessons to kids with disabilities for over ten years and has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician across a variety of settings, from homes to clinics to schools.
When she’s not working, you can usually find Jenna in or around the water, hanging out with her dogs, or getting into the spirit of a good game—whether she’s playing or cheering from the sidelines.
