Katie Camp, MA, BCBA, LBA

Katherine “Katie” Camp, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializes in parent training, SOS Approach to Feeding Therapy, and has a passion for mentoring our future ABA supervisors. She also serves as our RBT Coordinator. She channels her energy into supporting clients and staff, passionately guiding families through feeding difficulties with parent training, ensuring the integrity of our Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements for all RBTs, and mentoring the next wave of clinical leaders.

Katie joined Personalized Therapy, LLC in 2021, drawn to the strong mentorship and support from the leadership team. She finds great value in the way Personalized Therapy, LLC prioritizes balanced caseloads, fostering strong connections with clients and families and leading to meaningful and comprehensive support. What keeps Katie especially committed is the way the team encourages staff to grow, explore their interests, and feel genuinely valued. For Katie, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing families feel supported and celebrating those small wins that lead to big progress.

Katie’s educational background is rooted in education and behavior analysis. She earned her B.A. in Elementary Education with a focus on Math for grades 5–9, and her M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in School Psychology—both from Marshall University. She also completed a Graduate Certificate in ABA from Ball State University. Over the years, she has worked as a special education teacher, supported adults on the autism spectrum as they navigated college life, and provided ABA services in schools, clinics, and homes. She’s been working in the ABA field since 2017.

When she’s off the clock, Katie loves the everyday adventures of raising her two boys, getting lost in the world of J.R.R. Tolkien, and diving into the fun and creativity of Dungeons & Dragons.
