Kelly Wiedmann, RBT
ABA Coordinator | Registered Behavior Technician
Kelly is a dedicated ABA Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician with over 10 years of experience in the field. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University and has spent her career helping individuals with diverse needs get the support they need to make real, meaningful progress.
Kelly’s passion for this work stems from her commitment to helping individuals with disabilities build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. She began her career as a one-on-one aide in a school setting, where she witnessed firsthand the powerful impact personalized support can have on a child’s development. Now, with her additional role as our ABA Coordinator, Kelly plays a vital role in guiding families and clients at the start of their journey—whether that involves ABA services, reading intervention, advocacy, or autism testing. She’s dedicated to ensuring every parent receives the guidance and attention they need to help their children thrive.
Kelly brings a calm, positive atmosphere to her work and always aims to create a space where clients feel supported and confident. What she finds most rewarding is watching the progress of the individuals she works with, knowing that each milestone achieved is a step toward greater independence and success. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of those she serves and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate, client-centered care.
In her free time, Kelly loves spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and reading.
