Randi Sehrt

Since joining Personalized Therapy, LLC in 2014, Randi Sehrt has been a dedicated member of the team. This initial role was significant, allowing her to apply her education to directly support the Autism community. In 2015, Randi transitioned to an administrative role within the behavioral health department, where she expertly handles insurance benefits and authorizations, oversees the entire claim cycle, and addresses patient billing inquiries. Her outstanding customer service skills are instrumental in helping her to provide the best overall experience for everyone she interacts with.

Randi has a strong educational background including an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Development from Anne Arundel Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts in Human Services from University of the Rockies.

Beyond her professional dedication, Randi enjoys reading, camping adventures, and cherishes time with her husband, three children, and their beloved dog, Russell.
