I highly recommend this place to all especially if you are in physical therapy for longer than a month. This place isn’t changing its employees like other places on town so you have a good chance of being on a same page with your therapist from beginning to end. All physical therapists are caring and try their best to accommodate your needs with realistic goals. Military is welcomed in case you are new to town and looking for a great therapy center to start or finish your goals.

I am Currently a patient at the California location for OT and PT. I see Pamela for PT and I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing your staff is. Pamela goes above and beyond to provide me workouts that will get me back in shape and to work. I am a firefighter and it is very physically demanding. She has come up with workouts that are directly related to my job and motions of my job. She is amazing! I have done PT in the past for other injuries and a lot of PT’s will just walk you through the same and simple exercises each visit. Pamela goes out of her way to make sure I do work related exercises. She always asks how I feel the exercises are and if she can do anything else or implement anything additional.

Shadowed at this site over the summer. The entire staff is very friendly and the place is clean and organized (especially during COVID – masks are required and everything is sanitized). It offers both PT/OT; I was mainly on the PT side. Pamela is an excellent DPT – she was very welcoming to me and easy to learn from. Everybody here is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and keep up to date with the latest research/technology. You can tell they care about their patients and strive to give each one the best treatment possible. Loved my experience here

I have been utilizing psychological services at Personalized Therapy LLC since early 2018. It has been a critical step in helping me navigate some of the hardest obstacles I have had to grapple with in life thus far. My Doctor is is very kind, compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable and a really good listener, however is firm when it counts. If you are reading this review chances are you are looking for help, and that is great first step to growth and self love, and you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The only way to know if it’s a good fit for you is to take that step.

The only thing that I would change is maybe a larger and/or quieter waiting room as there are other therapeutic services provided for all ages, including very young children. This is a blessing and curse, as the little ones are adorable but loud. If you are already in a frazzled state this may impact your visit, you could use it to exercise new skills to work through it.

All in all I’m very happy with my choice and feel very comfortable at Personalized Therapy LLC.

The name says it all! PERSONALIZED! Each time I visited for therapy, I was treated very well. Lots of friendly and professional people from the front door to the therapy rooms.

The therapists listened to me and individualized my treatment, accordingly. They explored alternate methods of treating my condition, took into consideration my age and fitness level, challenged me to do more each time and encouraged me whatever level I was capable of achieving at any one session.

There was positive and thorough communication between the clinic and the doctors office resulting in a shift in my treatment that brought about amazing results.

I felt genuinely cared for. The warm, compassionate attitudes of everyone on staff makes for trustingly, relaxed treatment.
